This week we are sitting down with Jenny at Sippy Cup Chronicles:

SippyCupChronicles

1.          Good morning, Jenny!  What’s in your cup this morning?
Coffee with French Vanilla Creamer in it.  So yummy.

Please tell our readers a little bit about yourself.

My name is Jennifer, but I go by Jenny.  I am a Stay At Home Mom to two little girls that are one and two years old.  I spend my days being a Mom and writing on my blog, Sippy Cup Chronicles.

A one year old and a two year old?  I can totally relate to that!  Nate and Danika are 14 months apart and I remember when she was one and he was two – it isn’t easy!

I just love the title of your blog, Sippy Cup Chronicles!  Naming a blog is tough but I think you did a great job!  Did you have any inspiration when you were coming up with the name?

I just had my second daughter last February and I was looking for something to look forward to and give me something to keep my brain going.  So I decided to start a blog.  Since I focus most of my blog on parenting toddlers I decided on Sippy Cup Chronicles.

Do you have a specific post that you would like our readers to head over and read while they are stopping by?

My favorite post is when I wrote about my childhood home growing up.  My parents have now moved but it really is a great description of it and I am glad I wrote it so I can remember all of the great things about my house.  It was entitled: It Isn’t The House That Makes Memories, It’s The People

Your blog is full of great stories and even some tips, new products to try and great deals!  Where do you see your blog going in the future?

When I started my blog I really was looking to just connect with other parents and talk about the good and also the tough times.  I think it’s important for parents to support each other, offer advice and just be there for each other.  I enjoy talking about things from my perspective and not just talking about what my kids do every day (although I do have share a funny story or two)  I am looking forward to growing the blog as my kids grow.  It may mean a name change, etc., but I am really looking forward to continuing to share my experiences as a parent.

As a mommy you certainly have a lot going on!  Chasing after two little ones
like that can really keep you busy.  Tell us, though, what makes you “More Than
    a Mommy”?

Before I became a Mom I received my MBA in International Hospitality  and a
B.A. in Elementary Education.  I really enjoy spending time with my family,
going to the beach and blogging.  I don’t have much time these day to do
much more, but I love to travel (hence the degree) and can’t wait to bring my
kids with me when they get older.

Speaking of travel – Jenny is actually in Disney World this week!  We want to thank her for taking time out of her vacation (which I am totally jealous of!) to sit and talk with us this morning!

Now head on over to Sippy Cup Chronicles and tell Jenny that More Than Mommies sent you!
