I can’t believe week two is under our belts! (hopefully replacing those unwanted pounds) How’s that stick-with-it-ness going for you?
The blog holding me accountable is helping! Even if no one is following along, it does help me to “be good” knowing that I am going to have to update my progress here.
My Tip for week two:
Find something, someone, to whom you are accountable. For me it’s the blog and the fly girls joining me. For you it could be an exercise buddy, your mom, your hubs, even your kids (although their idea of support could mean sharing a chocolate chip cookie).
How did you do this week?
I lost another pound bringing my total to 4.3–on track with my goal.

I am starting my second week of Insanity today and that has definitely helped with the water consumption, considering I can go through twenty ounces in one 40 minute workout.
A helpful side effect of working out so hard is that my appetite is slightly curbed. And the extra calorie burn allowed me to enjoy a cupcake and the taco bar that we had for my dad’s birthday this weekend without totally wrecking things.
